We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for in‑cosmetics Korea, the only exhibition dedicated to personal care ingredients in Korea, on a fixed‑term maternity cover. Held annually in July at COEX in Seoul, in‑cosmetics Korea is part of the global in‑cosmetics portfolio of four B2B events across Europe, Asia and South America. The 2025 edition welcomed over 13,000 visitors (86% Korean) and 361 exhibitors (50% international). You will develop and deliver insight‑led, multi‑channel marketing campaigns to acquire, retain and engage customers, working closely with international teams and stakeholders. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and includes international travel to Asia and Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for in‑cosmetics Korea in partnership with Event Leadership and the wider marketing team
  • Shape clear value propositions, customer journeys, and on‑site experiences that reflect industry and audience needs
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned and impactful execution
  • Use customer insights, market research, and performance data to drive growth and continuously improve customer experience
  • Manage PR activity, strategic partnerships, and campaign performance to support revenue objectives
  • Support sales through targeted marketing for exhibition space, sponsorship, and product solutions
  • Oversee the marketing budget and monitor progress against agreed objectives
Qualifications
  • Native or native‑level Korean, with strong proficiency in English
  • Experience in marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or related industries
  • Ability to think creatively and develop customer‑focused, commercially effective solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective communicator able to build positive relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a matrixed or cross‑functional organisation
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality outcomes
