Job description

TryHackMe is the fastest-growing online cyber security training platform. Our mission is to make learning and teaching cyber security easier by providing gamified security exercises and challenges. Having only been around for handful of years, we've grown to more than 5 million community members and our growth isn't slowing down!

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to turn great products into stories and strategies that drive real adoption and growth. In this role, you’ll define positioning and messaging, craft go-to-market plans for new features, and equip our Sales team with the tools, training, and insights they need to close deals and grow customer accounts. Your work will turn product launches and adoption into measurable market impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to connect what we build to the people who need it - spanning the entire customer journey, from first touch to renewal and expansion. Your work will blend storytelling, competitive insight, and sales enablement to make our launches land, our features stand out, and our customers succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Positioning & Messaging
    • Own solution narratives across key segments and personas
    • Translate technical features into crisp business value for both executives and practitioners.
  • Launches & GTM
    • Build go-to-market strategies for new features and certifications.
    • Deliver launch materials: briefs, web copy, solution one-pagers, video content and demo flows.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Create and maintain playbooks, competitive guides, and objection handling content.
    • Run training sessions (live + virtual) to equip AEs and BDRs with consistent messaging and methodology.
    • Contribute customer-facing content (case studies, solution briefs, webinar content).
  • Insights & Measurement
    • Feed customer, market, and competitive insights into product and GTM strategy.
    • Define and track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rate, deal velocity, adoption).
Skills & Requirements
  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, or GTM roles (ideally in high-growth environments).
  • Proven ability to craft positioning and messaging that resonates with both technical and business buyers.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; confident leading workshops and trainings.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset; able to connect enablement and marketing programs to revenue impact.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Interest in cyber security or technical training a strong plus.

Key traits we look for: collaborative, results-driven, proactive, coachable, curious, and customer-centric.
