- Lead new product introductions and continuous improvement projects, covering all standard technologies in the product family.
- Manage the full New Product Launch (NPL) process, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with pre-launch checks, and overall readiness.
- Create targeted product campaigns (collaborating with OEMs as needed) to grow market share and support margin objectives.
- Provide competitor analysis, develop sales tools and training, and support teams with market insights.
- Serve as the primary authority for your product range—delivering presentations and technical guidance internally and externally.
- Act as the main contact for OEMs, managing daily collaboration and developing regional specifications with Sales.
- Adhere to SMT GB's health, safety, quality, and environmental policies, while supporting additional tasks as required.

What you'll bring:
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in commercial analysis and implementing business improvements.
- Skills in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Strong customer service skills, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially spreadsheets and numerical analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of customer and market dynamics, with a collaborative approach.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with systems.
- Analytical skills with an effective, systematic work approach.
- A self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
