the client come from a strong iGaming ecosystem with established media buying, affiliate operations, deep expertise, very solid investment, and our their custom platform.
🔴 mission
they’re launching a new igaming brand and prove that an online casino can be different: they are here to break patterns, challenge standards, and create a product the market hasn’t seen yet.
the product has just gone live. they’re forming the core team, and now looking for a product manager who will take ownership of the player experience and grow into chief product officer, leading the entire product direction and influencing revenue through a revenue share system.
🔴 what you’ll do
- own the operational product track in igaming with a strong focus on the player as the core value;
- shape and communicate the product vision to the team and stakeholders;
- manage the backlog and prioritize tasks that improve user experience, retention, and engagement;
- coordinate with design, crm, support, and platform teams to deliver a seamless player experience;
- work with designers to create ux/ui that exceeds player expectations and drives activity;
- deliver features and processes that directly impact retention, ltv, and overall player satisfaction;
- collect player feedback (support, analytics, crm) and turn it into product decisions;
- conduct competitor and market analysis with a focus on user experience;
- monitor the quality and impact of released features to ensure they increase engagement and player value.
🔴 what you bring
- 2–3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner in igaming;
- experience building customer‑centric digital products;
- experience working with tier‑1 markets (canada, australia, new zealand, europe);
- direct experience with canada, australia, and new zealand is a strong advantage;
- solid understanding of player metrics: retention, ltv, arpu, nps;
- practical experience with product management tools (jira, trello, notion and others);
- experience communicating with design, support, crm, and development teams;
- understanding of operational management approaches and how to apply them in cross‑functional teams;
- ability to collect qualitative and quantitative player feedback and turn it into roadmap items;
- strong analytical skills, the ability to build hypotheses and validate them through a/b tests;
- english preferably upper‑intermediate+ for working with international markets and teams.
