Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.
• Engage with customers to develop packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Prepare product costing sheets with the Sales team.
• Manage customers' artwork approval processes.
• Support sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare customer-focused presentations.
