As a Product Manager you’ll lead your assigned European Passenger Car Engine Oils additive portfolio strategy. This is a commercial role and is ideal for someone who thrives on combining market intelligence, customer insight, and market strategy with technology. Within this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and driving market and customer focused product line strategies to deliver the long-term financial health of the portfolio, collaborating with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
Through the art of creative partnerships, you’ll foster long-term relationships and provide intelligent guidance to help our clients better serve their customers. Taking a value-oriented approach, you are encouraged to build, own and manage the entire lifecycle of your portfolio and bring solutions to customers which help them overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
You will bring experience of working within a category or technical marketing role, have commercial and technical acumen with strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
Alongside this you will have a strong understanding of the financial aspects of a product line, including pricing, margins, and profitability alongside the ability to make sound business decisions based on data analysis.
You will thrive on Leadership and collaboration, demonstrating skills in people engagement, motivating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, sales, and marketing.
