Navys is a venture backed legal technology company building enterprise workflow software for private capital markets.
The platform replaces manual, email driven legal processes with a structured system that enables funds lawyers, GPs and LPs to execute complex transactions more efficiently. Navys is focused on real legal workflows, not generic AI tools or document summarisation, and is designed to support production grade, enterprise use cases.
Navys is building core infrastructure for how funds legal work is done, with a strong emphasis on execution, clarity and real-world impact.
Navys is seeking a Product Manager to work directly with the CEO and engineering team to support day to day product delivery. This is a highly hands on role focused on turning product vision into clear requirements and shipped functionality. The Product Manager will help manage the product backlog, define requirements, and support frontend and backend engineering teams to ensure work is well scoped, prioritised and delivered on time.
This role is central to ensuring the product that is built and released meets real user needs and enterprise expectations. This is not a purely strategic or discovery only role. It suits someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, managing delivery details, and seeing features through from concept to production, while continuing to develop their product craft in an early stage environment.
