Location : Fully Remote (UK-based)

Contract : 12 months initially

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Solutions across European and North American markets. This is a strategic, high-impact role within a global technology team, driving innovation and shaping the future of in-store transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Own product roadmaps and strategic planning for Point of Sale (POS) and payment solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements, prioritise features, and support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.
• Drive initiatives in payments and marketing insights value streams.
• Support expansion of Oracle Xstore POS across European markets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mid‑to‑senior product management roles.
• Strong payments industry knowledge (retail payments, bank vendors).
• Experience with POS systems – Oracle Xstore highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment (must‑have).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Retail background is preferred.
