Role and Responsibilities - Product Line Director

My client, a world‑wide renowned name in the Aerospace industry, is expanding its business moving into 2026 and is on the hunt for a Product Line Director! In this role, you will fathom the main responsibility for the company’s P&L, maximizing both the revenue and EBITDA to grow the business faster than the intended market position. 80% of the PLD's time will be spent customer facing to build strong relationships and constantly be able to renew / renegotiate key customer contracts.

  • Motivate and lead a cross‑functional Product line team consisting of Sales, Operations, Engineering and more.
  • Effectively lead the creation strategy of the Product Line Team to gain success in new business activities throughout the company.
  • Prepare and execute a comprehensive Annual Business Unit Plan.
  • Implement initiatives to continuously improve team responsiveness to customer/business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams that show improvements in business schedules and growth.
  • Examples of managing a team which has promoted success and achieved targets.
  • Leading the responsibility for achieving Bookings, Sales, and EBITDA objectives across a business.
