Overview

The product operations team is a multi-skilled team who provide support to various departments throughout the business. The main purpose of the team is to create, manage and support BHN's prepaid products. The product operations team will work closely with the product, technical and compliance teams to ensure products are fit for purpose prior to been sold to our customer and we are fully compliant in all regulatory requirements. This is a 12 Month Temp role fulltime.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day management of prepaid products
  • Processing of client order files, failed loads and order discrepancies
  • Management of order invoicing
  • Maintain stock levels (card and envelope), ensuring there are no outages, stock is ordered within required timelines and stock is destroyed in line with chip expiries
  • Responsible for onboarding new content partners to prepaid products and conduct testing to confirm full acceptance
  • Point of escalation for Customer Service escalations
  • Take ownership of issues raised and ability to correctly identify corrective actions whilst communicating to all internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for operational readiness for new products prior to client implementations, this will include full end to end testing
  • Responsible for approving client and internal marketing collateral
  • Ensure all prepaid/e-money regulations are adhered to with all processes implemented across the department
Qualifications

  • Competent in using Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas for data validation
