Qualifications

• Experience in audits, governance, risk management, controls, and/or payments industry expertise.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
• Strong project management for delivering results in complex organizations.
• Problem solver and agile decision-maker with solid analytical skills.
• Knowledge of AXP policies and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop controls for Business Operations Policy and a robust policy monitoring program.
• Deploy risk and governance related training to colleagues.
• Own PMGB governance and uplift procedures as required.
• Oversee operational risk events related to product for efficient resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across a range of stakeholder teams.
