A global leader in digital identification solutions, specialising in RFID technology, labelling and brand identification products are looking for a Product Director to join their team.
With a presence in over 20 countries, they serve over 600 brands globally and have connected over 12 billion items with digital IDs.
This role will play a pivotal role in shaping their product strategy, helping to drive innovation and ensure seamless product development across all products, with a focus on RFID tags, labels and packaging. They’re looking for you to standardise processes, improve efficiency and ensure products align with market needs.
What will I be doing?
What experience do I need?
You’ll have at least ten years’ experience in product management, with a focus on new product development, strategy and innovation. You do need a background in labelling or an RFID tag industry as well as a sound knowledge of packaging solutions.
Previously you’ll have helped standardise processes and improved operational efficiency across multiple teams as well as demonstrated your ability to drive product adoption in global markets.
What’s in it for me?
They’re offering up to £90K, though will negotiate for the right person. There’s also a bonus on top of that as well as private medical insurance and a car allowance depending on location. They’d be looking for you to come into their Corby office once or twice a week.
