Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid (1 day WFH)

About the Role

We\'re seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong technical background. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in textiles, compliance, and innovation will directly impact product performance and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & manage the full product lifecycle.
  • Conduct research on fabrics, materials, treatments, and emerging market trends.
  • Prepare technical specifications and certification documentation.
  • Work with factories and testing partners to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product launches.
  • Monitor industry standards and ensure products meet relevant EN/ISO certifications.
