We're looking for two experienced, passionate and innovative Product / Structural Packaging Designers to join us in driving market-leading innovation. We're open to different levels of experience but what matters most is your ability to deliver commercially viable, cutting-edge design solutions — not just concepts, but tangible innovations that make it to market.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs and translate them into unique, commercially viable product and packaging solutions.
• Develop ideas that add value for both existing and new customers.
• Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and delivery.
• Contribute to our reputation as leaders in proactive product innovation.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of delivering innovation to market.
• Experience in FMCG product or packaging design (preferred).
• A degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or similar (or an outstanding portfolio demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills).
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and mass production techniques.
• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with strong visualisation and creative skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
