As a Product Designer at M&S, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from concept to delivery and beyond.   • Turn insights into action by using research, testing, and analytics to refine and improve designs.

  • Spark creativity by leading design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that keep ideas flowing.
  • Shape the future of our design system, ensuring consistency across web, app, and in‑store experiences. Work through ambiguity and create a structure and plan for your work and your collaboration with others.
