A digital studio is seeking a Lead-level UX and Product Designer to create impactful digital experiences. The role involves guiding projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing user journeys and prototypes. Ideal candidates should have strong UX/Product design experience, comfort in workshops, and familiarity with agile environments. The position offers competitive salary, private health insurance, and a range of benefits including flexible working and a personal development budget.
We’re hiring a Lead-level UX and Product Designer on behalf of a digital studio that’s been creating creative, impactful experiences for over two decades. You’ll be joining a team of technologists, creatives and thinkers who believe great design should be both delightful and technically sound. This is a chance to work on meaningful products and services with clients across the charity, education, culture and heritage, and public sectors.
As Lead Product Designer, you’ll guide projects from the first conversation through to final delivery. You’ll lead discovery phases, run workshops, and shape product direction through research and insight. You’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders and teammates to balance creativity, usability and technical feasibility. You’ll design user journeys, wireframes and prototypes, and help build scalable design systems. You’ll get hands-on with tools like Figma and Miro, and work closely with developers and strategists in agile environments. You’ll also mentor others, contribute to pitches, and help define how design connects to business goals and user outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who’s curious, collaborative and confident in their craft — someone who enjoys solving complex problems and shaping ethical, human-centred digital experiences.
This role offers a competitive, annually benchmarked salary, flexible hybrid working, and a generous benefits package. You’ll receive private health insurance, a discretionary annual bonus, and 21 days holiday. In addition, they offer a personal development budget, subsidised personal training, weekly yoga, and an annual company holiday.
If you’re a UX Designer looking to work on purposeful projects in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you. Apply with your CV and portfolio for more information.
