Graduate Product Design Engineer (Manufacturing) – Blackpool

£25,000 to £35,000 + Life Assurance Scheme + Staff Discount + Annual Bonus Scheme + Full Training Plan + Overtime

Are you a Graduate Product Design Engineer or similar looking to join a manufacturing company with a distinguished reputation in designing, manufacturing and supplying products to the Hospitality sector internationally? This Monday to Friday fully on-site role is partnered with additional bonuses such as paid overtime, staff discount and a life assurance scheme. The company has 75 years of experience and a history of award-winning products and a distinguished global portfolio.

The role involves designing and producing elegant and innovative decorative lighting, primarily through CAD modelling using SolidWorks, PDM systems and KeyShot. You will assist the Chief Design Officer and the Marketing team to create concepts and key promotional materials, and collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, production and procurement to modify and update designs to improve cost or performance.

This role suits a Graduate Product Design Engineer or similar seeking a position at a well-established decorative lighting manufacturer with an industry-leading training scheme. Ideally, the candidate will be able to digitally sketch and have an understanding of LEDs/lighting, Adobe Illustrator and metal/glass fabrication.
