Job Title: Product Delivery Lead Cyber Digital Strategy
Reports To: Programme Manager Digital Transformation
Business Stream: Digital Transformation

Role Purpose

We’re looking for a delivery‑focused leader to drive the execution of LRQAs Cyber Digital Strategy, a critical programme shaping how we deliver secure, scalable and intelligent digital services across our global Cyber portfolio.

As Product Delivery Lead you’ll work within the Digital Transformation team but partner closely with the Cyber senior leadership team including executive sponsors and service owners. You’ll lead the delivery of multiple digital initiatives across workstreams such as SOC automation, Pen Testing, Attack Surface Management, AI‑driven tools and the Cyber Portal.

This is a hands‑on outcome‑driven role. You’ll combine agile delivery practices with structured programme governance ensuring that workstreams deliver tangible value, risks are managed transparently and milestones are met. The focus is firmly on driving delivery and enabling teams to succeed, not on administrative reporting.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders and at times with clients to ensure priorities are aligned and delivery outcomes meet business expectations. Your ability to balance pace with discipline, clarity with curiosity, and collaboration with challenge will be key to success.

The Product Delivery Lead is accountable for enabling smooth, predictable delivery across all Cyber Digital workstreams, aligning product engineering and quality disciplines to deliver measurable value at pace.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital workstreams across the Cyber portfolio ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and to quality expectations.
  • Apply agile delivery principles to structure plan and manage sprint‑based releases while maintaining visibility through appropriate governance forums.
  • Translate strategic goals into delivery roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive accountability across multi‑disciplinary squads—Product Owner, BA, Developers, Architects and Cyber SMEs—ensuring alignment and momentum.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage directly with Cyber senior executives and Transformation leadership providing concise, insight‑driven delivery updates focused on value, risk and decision‑making.
  • Facilitate delivery governance including executive updates, steer‑co packs and milestone reviews ensuring clarity and traceability of decisions.
  • Anticipate challenges proactively, manage risks and remove blockers to maintain delivery flow.
  • Build trusted relationships across business technology and Cyber teams acting as the connective tissue between strategy, delivery and operations.
Business Change & Adoption
  • Collaborate with service owners, transformation leads and commercial teams to ensure new digital capabilities are adopted effectively and deliver measurable benefit.
  • Support release planning, change management and communication activities to prepare internal teams and clients for adoption.
Continuous Improvement
  • Promote an outcome‑focused delivery culture, measuring progress by value achieved rather than activity completed.
  • Embed agile ways of working—retrospectives and feedback loops—to improve delivery quality and predictability.
  • Contribute to the maturity of delivery practices across the Transformation portfolio, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
About You
  • Proven experience leading complex digital or cybersecurity‑related programmes or workstreams in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Strong delivery leadership skills capable of balancing agile flexibility with structured governance and executive visibility.
  • Experience managing multi‑disciplinary technical teams delivering software, data or cyber‑driven products.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to distil complexity into clarity for senior executives.
  • Confident operating with senior leadership, executive sponsors and external partners or clients.
  • Practical understanding of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and familiarity with frameworks such as PRINCE2 or MSP for governance.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or digital service delivery (SOC, Pen Testing, automation or SaaS platforms) is advantageous.
  • Diligent, curious and constructively challenging, driven to get to the heart of delivery issues and enable the right outcomes.
  • Adaptable, hands‑on and focused on enabling success rather than managing process.
