What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure product data is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained across systems.
• Support the integration of AI tools into product-related processes.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to automate data sharing and streamline workflows.
• Respond to queries related to AI tools and product data.
• Use SAP to manage product orders and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate and track product approval processes to ensure timely execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools and how they integrate with operational systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
• Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
