• You will be responsible for developing customer-centric commercial propositions and product enhancements, focusing on customer needs and business value.
• You will collaborate with the Commercial Lending Team to create insight-led products that meet market demands and deliver clear commercial benefits.
• You will manage a portfolio of ongoing projects, assess their complexity, impact, and benefits, ensuring alignment with group strategy and regulatory standards.
