Shotput is a growing organisation and this is an opportunity for someone to truly shape the future of the company in terms of artistic ambition and scale, connection to our communities in Glasgow and Scotland, and international reach.
Contract: Part Time. 28 hours (4 days) per week. Ongoing contract.
Reports to: Founders and Co-Artistic Directors
Line manages: Marketing Manager, PR, Production Manager and other administrative roles as required.
Benefits: Pro rata holiday entitlement and pension contribution.

The Producer will become a third member of Shotput's core team. Working with the two Artistic Directors, they will imagine and deliver future directions for the company. In the next five years, we hope to become both more radical and have further reach, and the Producer will play a major role in this mission.
Shotput is entering a new chapter as a Multi-Year Funded company for the period of 2025-28. We are keen to find someone who can support our existing projects and trajectory and also work closely with us to imagine and define the company's future path.
We would love to work with someone interested in being a true part of the company and who can help shape the role in a way that is valuable to them. We are looking for a collaborator on the work of art that is the company itself.
