About the role

VANRATH have partnered with a Global Company to recruit for a Product Cyber Security Engineer.

Location: Belfast/Hybrid (3 days in office)

  • Collaborate with Software engineering teams to schedule code reviews and scans following cybersecurity guidelines.
  • Work with the Senior Cyber Architect to analyse scan results, identify risks, and discuss mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with the development team to address cyber risks in products.
  • Ensure all products and solutions meet the latest security standards before release.
How you will do it:
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks, actively promoting product cybersecurity best practices.
  • Take ownership of issues and drive them to completion with strong time-management and organisational skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity developments and adapt to the evolving landscape.
What is required for the role:
