Job summary

A global financial services firm based in central London is seeking a Procurement Third Party Risk Manager. You will support the Director in managing Third-Party Risk and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Procurement or Risk Management and holds a relevant degree. This role offers a salary of £80,000-£90,000 plus bonus and package, along with excellent career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement Functions or Third Party Risk Management Programmes.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with knowledge of regulations such as PRA, CBI, CSSF, and FCA.
  • Understanding of Global regulations.

  • Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders, offering guidance on supplier governance.
  • Maintain the integrity of supplier data and provide training on best practices.

Overview

Procurement Third Party Risk Manager - Global Financial Services FTSE 100 firm - central London (3 days per week) - £80,000-£90,000 + Bonus + Package

Aggressively growing global financial services FTSE 100 brand seeks outstanding Procurement Third Party Risk professional to support global Director in leading the design of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation.

You will join a high performing Group Procurement team within their EMEA business, supporting the firm's third party governance framework for new and existing third party relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with both the regional Group Procurement and global Third Party Risk teams, focusing on a variety of tasks including standard business functions, EMEA specific responsibilities, and global initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders (up to Board level), you will offer guidance on supplier governance, ensure compliance with policies.
  • Maintain the integrity of supplier data within the Third Party Risk Management system.
  • Provide training on best practices for third party governance, support key project deliveries, and seek opportunities for innovation.
  • Your responsibilities also include updating and analysing information for critical supplier governance forums and reports.
Required background
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in either Procurement Functions or Third Party Risk Management Programmes.
  • Ideally come with experience from the Financial Services industry, with an understanding of complying with regulations governing third party management in financial services such as those produced by the PRA, CBI, CSSF and FCA (SYSC).
  • Ideally work in a Global environment, with understanding of Global regulations.
  • Degree and/or Masters & MCIPS preferred
