What you’ll be doing
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with logistics service providers (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, warehouses).
  • Managing supplier contracts and SLAs, ensuring service quality and compliance.
  • Analysing logistics costs, identifying savings, and driving process improvements.
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records in ERP systems.
  • Working closely with supply chain, production, finance, and customer service to align needs.
  • Tracking and managing freight costs, surcharges, and related charges.
  • Supporting RFQs, tenders, and supplier selection.
  • Staying informed on market trends, rates, and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining supplier relationships across Europe.
What we’re looking for
  • 2–5 years’ procurement or logistics experience (ideally in manufacturing or distribution).
  • Strong negotiation skills with logistics/transportation contracts.
  • Knowledge of trade, incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) plus strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement.
