We are partnering with a leading PBSA provider to appoint a Procurement Manager for a large UK portfolio. This is a key strategic role within a growing, values-driven PBSA business known for delivering high-quality student living environments and exceptional service standards.
This position is central to shaping procurement strategy across the portfolio, ensuring best value, consistent delivery, and a resilient supply chain across FM services, goods, utilities, and capital investment programmes.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of national procurement activity across a UK-wide PBSA estate, operating strategically while remaining hands-on where required. You will lead sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management, building a trusted, accredited supply chain that supports operational excellence across student accommodation sites.

If you’re a commercially driven procurement professional looking to make a real impact in the PBSA sector, we’d love to hear from you.
The position will be part of the Central Support team, and require the ability to attend the office in Oxfordshire (ideally 1‑2 times per week).
