About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Procurement Business Partner to lead procurement activity within the People category , supporting services such as Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Public Health. This is a pivotal role within our Corporate Procurement Team, driving value for money, compliance, and social value across high-impact contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead advisor for procurement within the People category, developing and implementing category strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across People services to understand needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Lead a category team in delivering end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations and internal governance.
