We are looking for a Procurement Administrator / Trainee Buyer to support our procurement manager with sourcing, negotiating and purchasing the materials and services that power our multi-utility projects.

Responsibilities
  • Management of email account inboxes, including supplier registrations, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Handle incoming calls providing assistance and resolving queries professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers and the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Prevent shortages by proactive planning and timely ordering.
  • Assist with sourcing new suppliers and products to enhance procurement options.
  • Raise purchase orders for stock orders, collections, and direct-to-site deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
