A global technology consultancy in London is seeking a Process Transformation Architect to own the operational transformation layer of client engagements. You will diagnose inefficiencies, define workflow improvements, and implement automation. Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in BPS process re-engineering and strong business process modeling skills. The team you'll be working with: As a Process Transformation Architect, you will own the operational transformation layer of our client engagements. You'll diagnose inefficiencies, define AI-native workflow improvements, and embed automation at the heart of everyday business operations. This role is central to delivering measurable performance gains and aligning technology with business priorities.
Analyse and map current-state BPS workflows across domains like Lending, Claims, or KYC
Redesign processes with a focus on automation, AI agent integration, and digitisation
Define and track performance metrics such as cycle time, FTE impact, and ROI
Collaborate closely with tech teams to prototype and iterate solutions
Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across operations teams
8+ years in BPS process re-engineering or delivery roles
Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Strong business process modelling skills (e.g. BPMN, Visio)
Experience implementing automation or AI workflows in shared services or delivery environments
