Zest is seeking a proactive Process Technologist to join a leading food manufacturer based in Carlisle.

In this fast-paced role, you'll take products from the development kitchen to full factory production, leading trials, refining processes and ensuring every launch meets high standards for quality and safety. You'll work closely with Operations, Technical, Planning and Development teams, so strong communication and the ability to keep projects moving are essential.

We're looking for candidates with solid process development experience in food manufacturing and the confidence to operate effectively in a factory environment. A food-related qualification is beneficial but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team, develop your technical skillset, and influence products that reach millions of consumers.
