Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is advantageous.
• A basic understanding of IT equipment is helpful but not essential.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a production line environment within the warehouse.
• Support goods-in processes when required.
• Accurately record equipment details such as serial numbers, make and model.
• Input data into relevant software and ensure all paperwork is correctly completed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
• Clean and pack items for return to customers.

Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
