A leading utility company in the UK is seeking a Process Technical Lead responsible for maintaining high standards in design for capital delivery projects. We're looking for a Process Technical Lead to be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards in process and chemical engineering design, specifically for capital delivery projects. In this role, you'll be liaising with sub‑services, water treatment and waste treatment teams to ensure standardisation, consistency, and quality across the function. Each day will be different as you'll be working on big projects and adding value. The importance of safeguarding public health and the environment by embedding risk management and safety principles into all aspects of design and operations is paramount. This includes leading hazard studies (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPAS), ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive safety culture, and driving operational excellence through continual improvement. This role will be based in Finham (Coventry), Raynesway (Derby) or Shelton (Shropshire).
