Overview

Process Operator - Manufacturing

Winsford | £28,805.74 per annum | Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

Bralin Recruitment is looking for a Process Operator to join a leading manufacturer based in Winsford. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience, ideally within cleanroom or medical device production, who takes pride in producing work to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Working to strict Health & Safety procedures, proactively reporting concerns
  • Ensuring high-quality standards in line with ISO13485 and GMP requirements
  • Completing batch documentation to Good Document Practice (GDP) standards
  • Meeting hourly performance and production targets while minimising waste
  • Supporting delivery of the production plan to ensure on-time customer satisfaction (OTIF)
  • Actively contributing to equipment effectiveness (OEE) and process improvements
  • Attending pre-shift meetings and supporting team flexibility
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in manufacturing (cleanroom/medical device experience desirable)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths
  • Knowledge of GMP and Health & Safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Team player with flexibility to support business demands
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude
Hours & Pay
  • Shifts: Rotating weekly - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £28,805.74 per annum
