Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join the Business Improvement team within IT Services. You will support process and continuous improvement both internally within IT Services and across other professional services and academic departments.

You will be responsible for working with staff at all levels to design, organise, deliver and run process improvement projects from initiation through to implementation. You will also help departments to build up the process capability of their staff, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience), previous experience of leading process improvement reviews, experience of using mapping tools such as Visio and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
