Job summary

A leading global construction company is seeking a Process Engineer to work at their Kilwaughter brand in Larne, Northern Ireland. This role involves optimizing production processes for high-volume manufacturing while supporting new product introductions and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or manufacturing, experience with Lean Manufacturing, and strong communication skills. You will lead initiatives for quality improvements and process stability within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree educated in an engineering or manufacturing discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role considered.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational improvement projects and lean initiatives.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to solve manufacturing issues.
  • Support quality improvements and data analysis for process yield.
