The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join as a Time & Motion / Work-Study Engineer, playing a key role in driving efficiency and productivity across manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with production management and team leaders to deliver practical, impactful changes—not just reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct time & motion / work-study analysis on key operations
  • Map and optimise shop-floor processes, layouts, and workflows
  • Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements (Lean / CI, bottleneck reduction, line balancing)
  • Collaborate with production management and team leaders to ensure changes are realistic and sustainable
  • Champion a hands‑on approach to continuous improvement within a luxury manufacturing environment
