The ideal candidate should have a degree in food science or a related field, alongside relevant qualifications in food safety. This role involves ensuring compliance with food safety standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a food science or related subject.
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Food Hygiene and HACCP.
• Experience in evaluating and interpreting shelf-life results.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of customer and factory specifications.
• Plan, prepare, and execute process development and line trials.
• Monitor and communicate process trends.
