Qualifications

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • TB skin test must be current within the last 12 months.
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate homecare to patients with the support of a clinical team.
  • Document care electronically using provided tablets.
  • Work flexible shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
    • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation
