Due to continued growth, Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Manager opportunity on behalf of our client in Southampton. This role is perfect for an ATT/CTA Qualified individual looking for professional development, developing their advisory skills and a fantastic work life balance. Will be working with an impressive client portfolio including HNWIs, Business Owners, Trusts, Estates, Non UK residents and Directors, providing compliance and advisory services. You will be mentored by the Tax Partners, take a lead on ad‑hoc specialist advisory projects, have regular client meetings and occasional business development activities. There is a genuine pathway and mentorship programme to Director for the right individual. Excellent remuneration and benefits package, health insurance, flexible/hybrid working and paid overtime. Part time hours will be considered.

The Role

• Managing a diverse private client tax portfolio
• Identifying tax planning opportunities
• Tax Planning
• Supporting Partners and leading delivery of ad hoc advisory work
• Managing delivery of ad hoc tax projects
• Review of tax compliance
• Mentoring a team of junior staff
• Contributing to winning new work through business development
• Leading client meetings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

You

• CTA Qualified
• CTA PQ/ATT also considered
• UK private client/personal tax expertise
• Experience of managing a portfolio of clients
• Compliance & Advisory experience - role can be tailored to suit the individual
• Strong communication skills
• UK Resident
