Job Description:

I am currently working with one of my long established clients which is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh.

This highly successful team provides a full range of private client services including POAs, Wills, Trusts and Executries and guardianships. You will be working with an experienced team which prides itself on its client care. A STEP qualification would be beneficial but is not essential and assistance to gain this qualification is offered.

Remit:

• You will manage a varied caseload of Private Client work including trusts, executries and wills.
• You will handle complex cases and have a strong understanding of the executry process and succession law.
• You will manage and assist other members of the team when required.
