About the Role

You’ll be managing a varied caseload of private client work, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Court of Protection applications.
• Estate and trust administration.
• Advising clients with professionalism, clarity, and care.

You’ll also play an active role in business development, marketing, and networking, supporting the department’s continued growth and the firm’s strong reputation in the community.

About You

We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client matters.
• STEP or SFE qualified (working towards, or a desire to work towards,this).
• Technically strong, commercially minded, and confident in running their own caseload.
• Proactive and team-focused, with a collaborative approach to client service.
