Private Client Solicitor - Senior Associate - Wiltshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked team at a well-established firm in Wiltshire. This is a fantastic chance to work with HNW clients, including entrepreneurs, farmers and landed estates, advising on a full range of private client matters.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in delivering expert private client legal advice on:

• Wills and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and lifetime arrangements
• Trust creation and management
• Estate administration and probate services
• Deputyship and Court of Protection applications

Qualifications

What experience is desired

• 6+ years' PQE in private client law
• Full STEP membership (or a willingness to complete the diploma, funded by the firm)
