  3. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  4. Administer estates, including liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and HMRC.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service and clear, understandable legal advice.
  6. Mentor and support more junior members of the team, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  7. Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including networking, client referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  8. Ensure that client files are managed accurately and efficiently, adhering to the firm’s policies and compliance requirements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with developments in private client law and share knowledge with the team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  1. Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 5+ years PQE in private client law.
  2. Strong technical expertise in private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide clear, empathetic advice.
  4. Proven experience managing a complex caseload and working independently.
  5. A client-focused approach to legal work, with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills.
  7. Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
  8. Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Why Join This Firm?

  1. A supportive and dynamic work environment where professional development is actively encouraged.
  2. Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
  3. Hybrid working options to offer flexibility in your role.
  4. The opportunity to work with a diverse and high-net-worth client base.
  5. A commitment to work-life balance, with the firm offering flexible working arrangements.
