Overview

Private Client Solicitor - Doncaster. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Wills & Probate Fee Earner to join a long-established and well-respected practice. This role is based at our Doncaster office and offers the chance to work as part of a friendly, supportive team handling a wide range of private client work.

The Role

You will be managing your own caseload across the full spectrum of private client services.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and estate planning advice
• Probate and estate administration
• Creating and managing Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters

This is a client-facing role where you will provide clear, compassionate, and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional standards.

The Person

We are looking for someone who can bring:

• Previous experience in Wills, Probate & Trusts work
• Strong technical knowledge and the confidence to work independently
• Excellent organisational skills to handle a busy caseload
• Strong communication and client care skills, with an empathetic approach
