Private Client Paralegal

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well established Law Firm in their search for a diligent and empathetic Private Client Paralegal to support their busy team in delivering high-quality legal services across wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. This role suits someone with strong organisational skills, a client-focused approach, and a genuine interest in helping individuals navigate sensitive legal matters.

Responsibilities
  • Assist fee earners with the preparation of wills, LPAs, and probate applications
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties professionally and compassionately
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records using legal case management systems
  • Conduct legal research and assist with estate planning matters
  • Support with inheritance tax forms and HMRC submissions
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations
  • Attend client meetings and take instructions where appropriate
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a private client or legal support role (essential)
  • Understanding of wills, probate, and estate administration processes (essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal case management software
  • Professional, empathetic, and discreet approach to client care
