Description

  • Drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documentation
  • Assisting with probate applications and estate administration
  • Supporting fee earners with tax planning and compliance matters
  • Conducting legal research and preparing client communications
  • Liaising with clients, HMRC, and third-party advisors
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records

Profile

  • Prior experience in a private client or wealth management legal team is preferred
  • Strong academic background in law (LPC or equivalent desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
