The firm is seeking aPrivate Client Legal Secretaryto join its respectedProbate, Tax & Trusts teaminReading, with the flexibility ofhybrid working. You'll be part of a partner-led department that adviseshigh-net-worth clientsonWills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney, providing essential support to the Department Manager and two fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence and client letters
  • Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Open new client files and maintain accurate records on the case management system
  • Support fee earners with administrative and organisational tasks
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues and external contacts with professionalism and care
About You
  • PreviousLegal Secretarial experience, ideally within a Private Client or Probate department
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially inMicrosoft Word and Office 365
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to client service
