Sacco Mann is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for aWills & Probate Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join a successful and well-established Private Client department on a full or part-time basis, between Peterborough and Boston.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload primarily within Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
  • Promoting the firm’s services, handling client instructions efficiently, maintaining high standards of client care, and ensuring confidentiality of all documents and information.
About you
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with exposure to the full sphere of Private Client law.
  • Excellent communication, written skills, and professional presentation.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, confident, empathic and able to work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of trusts and a proactive approach towards STEP qualification will be beneficial and supported.
