Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re working with a leading printing company based in North Yorkshire that’s looking to expand its production team with an experienced printer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established business known for its high‑quality print solutions and commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

As a key member of the production team, you’ll be responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of printing presses, ensuring all work meets the company’s exacting quality standards. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth production flow, minimising downtime, and achieving daily output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operation and maintenance of printing presses.
  • Ensure quality standards are met for all products.
  • Minimise downtime and maintain production flow.
  • Achieve daily output targets.

The ideal candidate will come from a printing or packaging background, with hands‑on experience in offset, flexographic or lithographic printing. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment will be highly advantageous.
