Overview

Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Lead

Location: Remote UK with occasional travel to London

Department: HR Department

Reports to: HR Systems Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the global design, implementation, enhancements, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. This role partners with HR, IT, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions that leverage AI and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workforce Compensation, hands-on experience with Core HR, and exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation implementations and enhancements, exploiting AI-driven features and analytics for improved decision-making.
  • Configure and optimize compensation modules; manage annual and quarterly cycles.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, payroll, benefits, and other HCM modules.
  • Drive projects, mentor teams, and manage stakeholders across regions.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, upgrades, and user training.
  • Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation where possible.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in HRIS/HR Technology, with 6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR; certification preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled features, analytics, and automation in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Exposure to additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll).
  • Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Leading global Oracle HCM Cloud compensation rollouts and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud innovations, including Redwood UX and Auto Complete Rules.
  • Experience developing compensation analytics and leveraging AI for strategic insights, exposure to Oracle FDI.
