Join us as a Principal Systems Engineering Consultant in Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology (ADS&T). You'll lead teams using Systems Thinking to analyze, assess, and develop solutions to complex challenges, underpinned by a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) ethos. Our projects range from niche consultancy to large, high-profile programs, offering continuous challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing consultancy to client project and engineering managers.
  • Leading the application of best practices and tools on projects.
  • Championing MBSE approaches to solve client issues.
  • Developing strategies for client decision milestones.
  • Delivering engineering outputs within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Identifying opportunities and contributing to ADS&T growth.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Degree in a relevant STEM subject or equivalent experience, professionally recognized (e.g., CEng, CSEP).
  • Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Sparx EA, Cameo).
  • Knowledge of modelling frameworks like UML/SysML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, MODAF.
  • Understanding of requirements engineering and verification/validation processes.
  • Experience with engineering lifecycles and complex system integration.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering processes (ISO 15288:2023) and defense acquisition frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
